Eligibility and accounts

You may browse Orazenn without an account, but certain actions require sign-in. Accounts are not intended for children under 13. If you are under 18, use transaction-related features only with a parent or legal guardian where required.

You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords or impersonate another person or business.

Orazenn's marketplace role

Orazenn and Vaycayzen provide technology that helps users discover, publish, compare, message, request, promote, and manage marketplace or travel opportunities. Unless expressly stated, Orazenn is not the employer, contractor, agent, property manager, travel operator, insurer, or guarantor of users, providers, hosts, or listings.

Independent providers and users are responsible for their own agreements, licensing, insurance, taxes, permits, pricing, safety, service quality, property conditions, and legal compliance.

Listings, reviews, and user content

You are responsible for content you submit and must have the rights and permissions needed to publish it. Do not upload misleading, unlawful, infringing, discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit, privacy-invasive, fraudulent, or unsafe content.

By publishing content, you grant Orazenn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

Reviews should reflect genuine first-hand experiences. Orazenn may moderate, limit, label, or remove content that violates platform rules or creates safety, legal, or integrity concerns.

Transactions, bookings, and payments

Before hiring, paying, traveling, or sharing sensitive information, independently verify the provider, listing, price, scope, availability, cancellation rules, credentials, and other material details.

At launch, a Vaycayzen booking request does not itself collect traveler payment unless the interface expressly presents an active checkout. Providers may use separate payment arrangements. If Orazenn later enables third-party payment processing, additional payment terms may apply.

Orazenn does not guarantee that a user, provider, or host will complete a transaction or that a listing will meet expectations.

Sponsored placement and paid visibility

Paid promotion may increase the visibility of a listing, post, offer, or travel property. Sponsored placement does not guarantee views, leads, bookings, sales, ranking permanence, or business results. Sponsored content should be clearly labeled.

Paid placement must not alter authentic user review scores. Promotional products may have separate pricing, timing, and refund rules shown at purchase.

Vaya AI and automated features

Vaya AI and other automated tools provide informational assistance and may make mistakes, omit facts, or rely on incomplete or outdated information. Verify important travel, safety, legal, medical, financial, immigration, licensing, price, and availability information through appropriate official or professional sources.

Prohibited use

• Fraud, scams, spam, phishing, malware, credential theft, harassment, stalking, threats, or unlawful discrimination.
• Listings for prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, or highly regulated goods or services that violate applicable law or Orazenn rules.
• False reviews, review manipulation, fake identities, deceptive pricing, or misrepresentation of qualifications, ownership, availability, or affiliations.
• Scraping, automated abuse, attempts to bypass security, or interference with the service.

Service availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue features, content, accounts, or access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, platform integrity, or product changes. We may update these Terms and will change the posted date when material updates are published.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Orazenn does not promise uninterrupted operation, specific marketplace results, or the accuracy of user-generated or automated information.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, users are responsible for their interactions and transactions with other users. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
