Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide when you create an account, publish a listing or project, send a message, submit a booking request, write a review, subscribe to updates, contact support, or otherwise use Orazenn or Vaycayzen.

• Account information such as email address, profile name, optional profile photo, and authentication records.
• Marketplace content such as business listings, projects, travel listings, reviews, photos, prices, service areas, and availability.
• Communications such as contact requests, messages, support submissions, and booking-related notes.
• Technical information needed to operate and secure the service, which may include browser/device information, session data, and basic logs generated by hosting, authentication, database, and security providers.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, display user-submitted marketplace content, connect users, process booking or inquiry workflows, provide customer support, prevent abuse, improve reliability, send requested account messages, and—when you subscribe—send Orazenn updates.

Automated systems may help moderate content, organize listings, summarize information, or provide Vaya AI suggestions. Automated outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and should not replace independent verification.

When information is shared

Public profile and listing information is visible to other visitors as described in the product. Private account details such as your login email are not intentionally displayed as public listing information unless you choose to publish them.

We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, databases, email delivery, security, analytics or advertising when enabled, and other infrastructure. Those providers may process information only as needed to provide their services under their own terms and privacy obligations.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate fraud or safety issues, or protect the rights and security of Orazenn, users, or others.

Browser storage, cookies, and optional advertising

Orazenn uses essential browser storage for functions such as sign-in, session continuity, preferences, drafts, and marketplace features. Some essential technology may be set by hosting, authentication, or security providers.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce policies, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and system.

You may ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information through the Orazenn Contact Us form. Some records may need to be retained where required by law, for security, or for legitimate recordkeeping.

Children

Orazenn and Vaycayzen are general-audience services and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Users under 18 should use marketplace or travel transaction features only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required.

Security and international use

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no website, storage system, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password and do not send highly sensitive information through public listings or ordinary messages.

Orazenn is accessible from multiple locations. Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. Privacy rights may vary by location.

Your choices and contact

You can choose what you publish, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided, and manage optional advertising choices through the privacy controls when available.
