Marketplace role. Vaycayzen is an online marketplace that connects travelers with independent hosts, retreat organizers, experience providers, and property owners. Unless expressly stated, Vaycayzen does not own, operate, manage, inspect, supervise, or control any accommodation, retreat, activity, or experience listed on the platform.

Listings and bookings. Listing descriptions, photographs, prices, amenities, schedules, availability, cancellation terms, and other information are supplied by independent providers and may change. Users are responsible for reviewing and independently verifying important details before making a booking or payment.

Payments and communications. Any payment processing may be provided by independent third-party services. Vaycayzen does not guarantee that a host or guest will complete a transaction and is not responsible for private agreements, off-platform payments, or disputes between users.

Reviews. Reviews represent the opinions and experiences of individual users. Vaycayzen does not guarantee that every review is accurate, complete, or representative, but may moderate or remove content that violates platform policies.

Travel information. Travel requirements, visas, health guidance, weather, safety conditions, insurance requirements, local laws, and transportation information can change. Users should verify material information through official government, health, transportation, and service-provider sources before traveling.

Vaya AI. Vaya AI provides automated suggestions and may make mistakes, omit information, or produce outdated results. Its responses are informational only and are not legal, medical, financial, immigration, safety, or other professional advice. Important decisions should be independently verified.

Host responsibilities. Hosts and providers are solely responsible for listing accuracy, legal compliance, licenses, taxes, safety, accessibility disclosures, pricing, availability, guest communication, service delivery, and fulfillment.

Guest responsibilities. Guests are responsible for reviewing listing terms, communicating relevant needs, following property or provider rules, protecting personal information, and obtaining travel insurance when appropriate.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vaycayzen and Orazenn are not liable for losses, injuries, property conditions, cancellations, interruptions, lost belongings, user conduct, provider performance, or decisions made in reliance on platform or AI-generated information.

Service notice. Hosts are independent providers. Availability, payment processing, booking protection, emergency support, and dispute-resolution services may not be connected.
