Emergencies
Orazenn is not an emergency service. If there is immediate danger, suspected violence, fire, medical emergency, or another urgent threat, contact the appropriate local emergency service first.
Before hiring or booking
- Verify identity, credentials, licenses, insurance, references, property ownership or management authority, and current reviews where relevant.
- Confirm price, scope, dates, cancellation rules, deposits, and payment method in writing.
- For in-person services, consider meeting safely, telling someone where you will be, and limiting access to your home or valuables as appropriate.
- For travel, independently verify address, transportation, local conditions, entry requirements, health advice, and emergency information.
Payments and scams
Be cautious if someone pressures you to pay immediately, use unusual payment methods, move a conversation off-platform before basic verification, send verification codes, or disclose passwords or banking credentials. Orazenn support will not ask for your password.
Report a concern
Use the Orazenn or Vaycayzen Contact Us form and choose Safety or report a concern. Include the relevant listing, account, message, date, and a clear description. Do not publicly post sensitive evidence if it can be shared privately with support.
Vaycayzen travel safety
Hosts and travel providers are independent. Listing information can change. Verify material safety, accessibility, health, weather, local-law, visa, insurance, and transportation information with appropriate official or professional sources before travel.
