Marketplace & Community Guidelines
Standards for listings, projects, reviews, messages, providers, hosts, and marketplace conduct.
Be accurate and transparent
- Use real, current information about the service, business, property, price, location, availability, and qualifications.
- Do not claim licenses, certifications, insurance, awards, affiliations, ratings, or results you do not have.
- Clearly disclose material restrictions, fees, deposits, cancellation terms, and safety-relevant conditions.
Keep interactions respectful
Harassment, threats, hate, discriminatory exclusion, sexual harassment, intimidation, doxxing, and abusive communications are not permitted. Respect boundaries and stop contacting another user if they ask you to stop, except where legitimate transaction or safety communication is necessary.
No unsafe or prohibited listings
Do not use Orazenn to offer illegal, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous, exploitative, or prohibited goods or services. Providers are responsible for complying with licensing, insurance, age restrictions, consumer-protection rules, building/property requirements, and other laws that apply to their work.
Reviews and reputation
Reviews should come from a genuine first-hand interaction or experience. Do not buy, sell, trade, fabricate, coordinate, or threaten reviews. Do not include private contact information, unsupported criminal accusations, or unrelated disputes in a review.
Photos, intellectual property, and privacy
Only upload photos, logos, text, or other content you own or are authorized to use. Do not publish another person's private information, private communications, identification documents, precise home address, financial information, or other sensitive information without a legitimate reason and permission.
Moderation and enforcement
Orazenn may warn users, limit visibility, reject submissions, remove content, suspend accounts, preserve relevant records, or refer serious matters to appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary. Automated moderation may assist but does not guarantee that all problematic content is detected.
